Description

PDF

Everything (except the washers) printed in PET-G with 40-50% infill and NO support. Threaded parts fit well when exercised a bit to smooth them out. Washers (print file for TPU included herein) or 10MM o-rings are advised between the articulating segments for better rigidity.

Easy to assemble in many different ways, the “tracks” are all the same geometry (the same cross section, a hole on one end and threads on the other), but differing lengths.

Jaws and the support piece slide on to one track and are fixed using the smaller (6MM) screws), then another track is inserted into the bottom of the support piece. Other tracks attack to each other with the 10MM screws. (3, 6MM and 2, 10MM and 2, washers are used in the complete assembly)

Several gcode files are provided to break up the print sessions

ADDED: new Medium track and soft jaws (these slip over the existing jaws)
