eSun eBox Wide Tray Mod

Excited to share the upgraded "eSun eBox Wide Tray Mod"! Initially crafted in PETG, this design proved its worth by enhancing the eBox's capacity for wider spools up to 83mm. 🛠

After years of use, I've fine-tuned the design, improving the locking mechanism for even better stability and performance. While ABS is my go-to for its heat resistance, making it perfect for all the eBox's temperatures, this mod works great in PETG too. Just a heads-up, I wouldn’t recommend PLA due to its lower thermal resistance.

3D Printing Settings:

• File Format: STL, ready for printing without any supports.
• Pre-Oriented: Files come pre-oriented for optimal results.
• Recommended Settings: 0.2mm layer height, 5 walls, and lightning infill for the showcased prints.
• Tip: Use Brim for the locks.
• ABS Adjustment: If using ABS, consider scaling up by 1% due to filament properties, but adjust as needed for your specific material.
