The model is symmetrical, so you don't need to flip it, just print 2.
While support removal is harder, I've personally found the strength of the joy con side to be much stronger if printed in the orientation shown in the picture.

You will need support, also print either solid or with 4+ walls for strength. While the switch controller lock does appear to engage well in my testing, you print and use this at your own risk. Also, there is NO mechanism here to lock the rails to the Legion go like the original controllers have, so its friction and gravity keeping your screen in place.

Please remix, I'd love to see variations and improvments.

Finally credit to Nintendo Switch Joy-con Grip (store the strap) by manabun - Thingiverse whose model i took dimensions from for the joy con connectors.
