Football field:

Here you have to start your own project and create a DIY football field. The dimensions for the goal are shown below. Except for this, there are nothing other than your creativity that stops you from creating your own amazing football field.

If you wish to copy the board i have created, it is roughfly 2x1m. You could always use a standard board from your hardware store as a base point, these are normaly 2,4x1,2m.

The printed parts on the field for the “corner curve”, “center deflector” and sides (Wall piece) are also shown below. These will make sure that you wont get stuck on the sides so easily. The “wall pieces” along the field must be printet in sections and assembled as aqired. The lenght needed can be adjusted in your slicer program that you use. (lengths of the stl files are 200mm in lenght)

The “Corner curve” and “Center deflector” have holes on them for screws. The height of the blocks are 68mm (Adjust as nessasary or request a different height in comment section). The “wall pieces” must be glued to the field.

Goal:

  • The goal frame is combined mainly of 2 parts, and can be glued together. (4 parts if you use the quarter slice (logo frame) on the back side. (If you have a print bed big enough you can print the main frame for the goal in one go.)
  • The goal has 2 “sliders” that are screwed in to the side so that the goal sits firmly in place, and is removable. (The goal slides down over the sliders.)
  • The net on the goal can be anything you want to use or have available. (mosquito netting in a good alternative) The goal also has a slit of 2mm along the back top side where the net can be glued in place.
  • Post print (Goal)
    • Glue all parts exept the sliders together.
    • Add a nett to the goal.

Goal counter:

The supports have holes (Ø 3mm) for the rods. (I have used a metal rod with 2mm in diameter.)
Keep in mind that the counters have a hole diameter of 2,5mm. Adjust the size of the hole if your rod is bigger or equal to 2,5mm in diameter!

Floodlight stands:

Any battery powered light with doubled sided tape can be used.
