v1.1: I flipped the bearing attachment to make the top hole smaller. Also, it no longer needs supports.

Update: added a flanged and open plate, the open one is for you to attach whatever you want to it (wood disc, etc.). also added a bottom with screw holes to secure the lazyMOZ wherever you need it, not sure how you would use the open top and screw in the bottom at the same time.

Print all the pieces (plate needs supports). Pop the 7x ½" balls into the retainer, put the bearing in the slot in the plate and tighten the clamp with an M3x8 and nut. Push M4 nut into the slot in the bottom, put the plate on top through the peg with the steel balls in the groove and tighten down with an M4 washer and M4x14 screw.

~200g of plastic (rigid, non-PLA recommended for the plate),
