This part is 3D scanned and edited to be printable. It is a little bit rough on the surface.
The right one with the pivot ball screwed in is printed.
There are 2 different versions.
One with the thread for the Pivot Ball, and depending on the tolerances your printer has you can just screw it in, it will be a bit tight.
And also one in which you can insert an M6 insert. IMPORTANT: The pivot ball screw is an M6 Fine thread, also known as M6 0.75. The outer size for the insert is M9, the hole in the part is 8.8mm so you can put the insert in with some heat. They can be found on Amazon, AliExpress etc.
Use straight/flat side on the bed. You do need support, do not forget to exclude the holes and thread!
If you print this using Overture Easy Nylon or any other Nylon filaments it will be pretty strong.
