Triple Z mod for Ender 5 S1 belt driven

Parts List : 

9X 608 bearings 

2X450 mm leadscrew 

2X leadscrew nut

8X M3 x 20mm hex head bolt 

8X M3 nuts

26X M4 x 10mm hex head bolt

26X M4 Turn T nuts 

3X GT2 6mm pully wheel 8mm inner diameter

1X GT2 6mm belt 1350mm long ( can use shorter as there is 2 tensioners in this kit i just used this it was the only belt i could get thats bigger than 800mm ) 

2X 20x20 V slot aluminum profile 370mm long

INSTUCTIONS 

Remove the top front bar in the front of the printer with creality branding

insert 4 608 bearings into the 4 X printed bearing holders  

loosely bolt on 2 “608 bearing holder” to the front bottom bar 

insert the Z rod nuts into the Z rod supports left and right 

bolt z rod supports to the V slots of the Bed chassis 

cut the Z rods , mine were around 420mm long but please measure yours before cutting 

insert the Z rods through the support then attach the pulley bear then a "bottom rod peg 608

before putting the pegs into the bearings wrap the belt around the pulley gears 

once all the parts are lighned up correctly you can tighten the bolts but not over tighten 

install the 2 extra Aluminum profiles with the 4 brackets linked in description 

assemble the 2 belt tensioners marked with “top bearing tensioner & bottom bearing tensioner ”with the bearing in the middle 

wrap the belt around the tensioners and bolt them to the Aluminum profile loosely 

remove 2 screws in the middle of the printer and place “twin bearing bottom T shape ”

insert the 2 bearing , thread the belt between them and bolt on the "twin bearing top cap

loosen the main Z rod by the stepper motor , put on the pulley and belt and tighten up the Z rod 

push the 2 belt tensioners at an estimated equal length and tighten only one 

pulley gear on the main Z rod get to the right height and then tighten to the Z rod 

may need to adjust the tilt of bed with water bubble lever while belt is still loose

once adjusted then tighten second tensioner but not to much , but have no slack

remove the stock bed support arms as they are no longer needed , and replace them with"bed limiters left and right "

level the bed and you should be ready to print

This project is finished and no more development will be done to it , its not perfect but it does work feel free to remix and modify to how you like , would love to see your finished printer
