now the turn pieces will not turn by themself.

I designed a little locking pin, which prints support-free.
the blank side is wobbling a bit more (more clearance is needed so it won't stick together while printing). X and O sides are a bit tighter.

Printed the first couple of layers in a different color, so when you reset your game, you immediately know in which direction to turn the pieces to get to the blank side.
