My treadmill didn't come with any automatic lubrication system so I designed this system.

A rubber hose was cut with small holes along one side, clamped to each side of the treadmill band and a funnel was mounted on the side of the band, allowing me to pour lubricants in it and it will drip down on the band.

I used a 8mm rubber hose with 4.5mm inner diameter.

It doesn't work so well if the treadmill is stored vertically, then the lubricant stored in the hose will all be emptied on the band. If one mounts the hose at the same height as the funnel, then there is a risk the lubricant will flow out of the funnel instead.

Everything was printed with 0.2mm layer height and 0.4mm nozzle. The funnel was printed in PLA with the big opening down. No support. The clamp was printed with 4 walls, 5 top and bottom layers.

The onshape document is here.
