Update (18Sep24), I just received the accelerometer.  If anyone builds the 9mm belt version my results were:
X axis (MZV) - 35 Hz
Y axis (MZV) - 48 Hz

Update (07Sep24), I was getting ready to make some more progress and couldn't find my original model.  I updated my computer and somehow lost my base model, thankfully I uploaded the step file, but losing all my different configurations has been a major setback.  I'm currently testing using 9mm belts since Prusa seems to be stubborn with adding back crash detection and it seems promising so far.

I added a folder for the option to use 9mm belts for x and y.  If anyone needs the .step file before I get around to making a full assembly added in here, let me know.

Also, I ordered prusa's accelerometer and “hacker” kit, so hopefully I'll be able to test some input shaping values soon.

6mm (or 9mm) GT belt 817mm for the x-axis, 637mm for the y axis however I would get extra and adjust as needed.

You'll need a lot of M3 heatset inserts and 2x M5 heatset inserts (I've had good luck with these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077CHFJ1K?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 .  If you use the cnc kitchen ones, you may have to modify the holes because I think they have a smaller outer diameter.)

Update (31Mar24), sorry for the slow progress.  I had to spend time troubleshooting my design which turned out not to be a fault of the design but a faulty right z stepper from my MK4 upgrade kit  I ended up reverting to my old motors so I'm down to a MK3.9.  So progress is ongoing, I'm strengthening up the x axis motor and idler mount (the original design included here will still work, but I did have a failure after about 2 years.)  I'll be sacrificing some aesthetics for increased strength though.

Important! The wiring path for the main loom is not finalized, everything is functional but not really aesthetically pleasing.  Also, I'll have to add some slots for the z axis motor holders, there seems to be some slight binding compared to the MK3 setup.

This is a retrofit of my original MK3 bear with full linear rails.  I'll be adding to this slowly as I just finished the first design iteration.  It passes all factory prusa mk4 calibration tests as it is now, although I have found that the Z-axis test seems to be finicky on my 2nd MK4, likely due to slight binding.

The full .step file is uploaded, I will break down all the stl's later down the road along with some basic instructions.  You will need a large assortment of M3 screws of various lengths.  Most of the parts I designed will use heatset inserts like the CNC Kitchen M3 ones, I use these (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NBTCHP1)

This will be a slow process as I'm doing this as a side project and work is very busy right now, so if you feel like testing this or doing any modifications that you'd like incorporated into this don't hesitate to let me know.
