Print main housing with the largest hole facing down with tree supports. Print in reverse if your support areas are messy, this will move all supports to the outside and not mess up the bearing area but will make the print take longer and use more filament.

Use a high density infill as this is going to endure heat and pressure.

Use ASA or ABS. Only use PETG if not used in an enclosure and your extruder motor doesn't get hot.

Layers .15 or finer depending on how well your printer is tuned.

Make sure you really clean/de-burr so everything is flush to accept the bearings properly.

Chase dowel holes with correct sized drill bit so they slide in nicely. Use original metal dowels and spring tension bolt for thumb tensioner.

Check that the filament slides threw nicely.

Heated insert is a 4.6mm - M3 for thumb tensioner

Press in the first bearing and the back bearing making sure they press in nicely not needing too much force. If hard to insert, sand or scrape bearing area a bit to remove only a little bit of plastic and retry. Don't force too hard or your printed housing will crack or take off to much plastic and have a loose fit.

Remove rear bearing after fitting and insert the shaft with the filament gear and rear bearing together. Line up the filament gear to the filament hole before tightening to the bearing shaft.

Use original tube fitting for top tube and the bottom will accept the tube from hot-end (trim accordingly for a tight slightly pressed fit)

Hopefully you will soon be enjoying your improved Orbiter V1.5

Please let me know if you have any questions or problems, Fitment difficulties are bound to happen as all our printers print a bit differently.

P.S. Make sure you have your Orbiter V2.0 Hotend mount for your printer before you change over your extruder to the new mount style…
