This is how I printed, but feel free to adjust to your liking. :)
Printed with a .40 nozzle with a layer height of .18
This is pretty thick so I printed with at 60% infill
Started with Black PLA
Pause @ layer 19 to switch to Dark Green PLA
Pause @ layer 24 to switch to Metallic Green PLA
Pause @ layer 27 to switch to Metallic White PLA
