Screwdriver Bit Holder

This is a remix of my LTT bit holders that is larger to accommodate up to 30mm bits, not just the LTT shorty bits.  This is just the outer case.  There are two options for the bit retention piece.  For now there is just a 48 bit version.  Let me know if there is interest in 12, 24 or 60 bit variants of it.
