Notes:

No infill and no wall settings necessary, since the walls and top/bottom are made so thin that it will be only walls and fill lines. Cuts are 45 degrees, so no support. Wall sizes designed for 0.4mm nozzle, 0.6mm won't work as the inner walls will become a single pass.
