Functional 3-Jaw Chuck Vise

I highly recommend printing with a 0.12mm layer height or lower.

The “Vise Runner” should be printed flat, with brims and supports on the bed only. 

Use Brims on the Vise Runner Stopper and the rest of the screws. 

Rough Instructions

When inserting the Vise Runners onto the Vise Plate, slide the Vise Runners into the slots first, then. Flip the Top Housing upside down and lay the Vise Plate on the teeth of the Vise Runners. Rotate the Vise Plate until it's flush with the Top Housing. Once the Top Housing is flush with the Vise Plate, insert the Bottom Housing with the Top Housing upside down. Then, put the Vise Stopper in the slot. Put in the screws with the corresponding number beside the holes, and then you're good.

Screws are 7mm ISO Metric Profile, 6g, right hand, scaled up by a factor of 1.6.
