I needed a guide for my filament, so I decided to do what any sane person would do, scream at CAD for a bit.

This is a basic turning wheel with a concave groove and a guide. Sleeked up to reduce weight and added style.

This build requires one nut and bolt to assemble. 8-32 bolt at one inch, found commonly in hardware stores. Will likely fit an M4 at 15mm.

The wheel is 150mm in diameter and guide will fit 1.75mm filament easily. Both wheel and guide base should be printed with supports. 20% infill recommended. Wheel axel shouldn't require supports or sanding to fit and spin.

This build has holes for mounting, or can be zip tied securely. Holes are 20mm apart, 5mm in diameter, originally made for 20x40mm printer support.
