I have finally finished printing. I have updated the model as the only slot which I couldn't measure with callipers (slot for the callipers themselves) wasnt wide enough so have extended it on the model.

This is my first concept for my 3D Printing tools. Can stand alone or fit over desk leg.

I plan to print using PLA on 20-25% density.

Holes to fit the following:

  • 2 x 6g Elmer's glue sticks
  • Plastic razor scraper
  • 2 x BOENFU flush cutters (nippers)
  • 2 x Pliers
  • 1 x LED torch key ring
  • 1 x Filament Friday E-Leveller
  • 1 x Metal Scraper
  • 8 x Allen keys (1.5mm-6.5mm)
  • 6 x SD cards
  • 1 x Sharpie
  • 3 x Microfibre cloth rack
  • 2 x Nozzle wrench
  • 1 x Flat file
  • 3 x Nozzle cleaning brush
  • 1 x Electronic Caliper (plastic amazon one)
  • 1 x Steel Ruler

Full model dimensions: 200mm (W) x 100mm (D) x 225mm (H)

I printed using CHEP XTRA FAST profile as I wasn't worries about quality.

100mm/s

215 degrees nozzle

60 degrees bed

20% infil (zig-zag @6mm infil line distance)

I forgot to use supports, however i lucky and it definitely needs them for the bridging and cloth rack

Combing on

Printed on Ender 3 S1 and sliced in Cura - roughly 18 hour print.
