I made a battery pack using an ammo box and a 12V, 4S LiFePO4 set of cells. The box came out great and is since used regularly for my outdoor astronomy activities.

I bought two binding posts to recharge the battery with the usual ring or fork flat terminals.  My issue was that on the backside of the posts, inside the ammo box, I had two bare, uninsulated M8 bolts and nuts.

The solution was to print two TPU covers, pressure-fitting these bolts and the terminals. The covers came out really well.

I printed them on a Prusa original Mini with a Sunlu TPU filament at 240°C, 60°C bed, 20 mm/s, 0.2 layers and 10% gyroid infill.
