MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015 and similar) elevator

Andy's model modified to fit the Mini+ printer specifically:
1) increased the height to 25mm
2) widened the base to 23mm

     In this way the two risers fit perfectly into the slot left by the hinge of the display and even if you move the Mac back and forth, the elevator always remains in place, sliding on the table: just what I wanted!
