This tiny spacer allows you to solder a HAT onto a pi zero keeping the minimum distance, and still be parallel to each other. The highest point on the pi zero is the hdmi port, btw. The round washers are designed to use M2.5 or M3 screws.
Print from PLA with 0.15mm layer height with default settings.
To me it is an engineering miracle, that you can actually print these small things on a MK3 or MK4 with a 0.4mm nozzle, and you can pop it right onto the pins without any cleanup or post-processing. :)
Enjoy!
