Suet balls bird feeder

Suet balls normally come in green nets that are not great for the environment 

The lid has holes to hang it from a rope or chain. When it needs to be refilled it can be unscrewed and filled.

Printing

I recommend to print the 3 parts separately. But the two large parts can be printed in one job on a 250x210 print bed. Also fits on a 180x180 print bed when printing one at the time.

• Material: PETG (because it needs to be UV and water resistant)
• layer height: 0.30mm or lower

For the support

• Generate support material: Yes  (For the lid: No)
• Style: Organic

All other settings can be 0.30mm Draft

Block support for the treads. 

Assembly

check thoroughly all of the supports are removed

The Two parts need to be glued together with cyanoacrylate (super glue) or a other glue made for your plastic.

Please note that the Voronoi pattern continues from one part to the other and should match up
