Got a few spare PC fans lying around? Get a cheap of cut-to-fit activated charcoal filter and you have a fume extractor! I was even able to re-use the screws and bolts that came with the fan.

This print uses the power of PrusaSlicer's modifiers to print the "Vent" parts with 0 top and bottom layers and use the infill as a grille. Drag both the "SolderFan_IntakeVent" and “SolderFan_Intake” files into PrusaSlicer at the same time, it will ask you if you want to treat them as the same object for multimaterial printing, and click Yes. Actually printing with multiple materials is not required. Then choose to print the body as normal and the Vent part with no top or bottom layers and around 20% infill (see screenshot).

I have used this for soldering in my garage with the door open, and it works great, but I have not done testing on the air quality or anything like that. Always solder in a well-ventilated area.
