IKEA Skadis mounting block

I wanted to mount an IKEA Skadis pegboard to the side of my Bambu P1S without drilling holes, so using foam mounting tape made sense. This block provides a 2000m² (3.1in²) surface and mounts the board 12mm away from the wall.

I used Scotch mounting tape, which should hold up around 1800g (4lb) of weight for the whole board.

Instructions

• Print 2 in the original orientation, and 2 mirrored along the X or Y axis.
• I printed this with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height in PLA with a Bambu P1S.
• A .f3d file is provided if you need to adjust the thread tolerances or block height.
  • The included files have an additional 0.05mm gap on top of F360's default thread tool, which ended up being a very tight but usable fit.
