Can you import/export/edit/ create 3d models in the Oculus gravity sketch.

Yes you can. The Import export of models and ability to edit them is pretty easy.

Being able to stand in front of your life size model and place objects or draw on it is pretty fun and powerful. 

The first thing I did was paint myself into a camp site.  and then walk around in it.  Streams, fire, tent, far off mountains.   fun stuff.  at the time I never consider using it for tweaking models.  This could be fun.
