The drive pulley is a part of the Tefifon that rarely needs to be replaced. But I have a pulley that had a deviation of 0.3 mm in concentricity. So I designed this replacement part. My first print only had a deviation of 0.06 mm in concentricity, so it was way better than the original one.
The part prints in PETG without support. The 3mf and gcode files are provided for download as well as the stl file.
To get the best precision possible I chose the following settings for Printing:
Also the print is performed in very low speed:
I chose most of the settings based on my general experience and gut feeling. Of course, it would be exciting to determine the settings for best precision experimentally. If you have ideas what I could improve, please write it in the comments.
The part has been designed using OpenSCAD. I have provided the source code for download.
