Prusa XL Kabel Clip für Soft TPU für 4+6 mm PTFE / XL soft TPU cable clip to extruder for 4+6 mm PTFE

Ich habe die Halterung um 90° zu den von PRUSA gedreht, damit die Führungen besser an einander vorbei kommen.

Zusätzlicher Halter für 4+6 mm PTFE-Führung für Soft TPU Drucke. Bei Soft TPU unter 85A ist der Widerstand in den langen PTFE Führungen so groß, dass das Filament nicht gefördert werden kann. Mit ca. 2 cm langen PTFE-Führungen an jedem Clip ist eine problemlose Förderung möglich.
Die 2 cm langen PTFE-Führungen sollten am Ende entgratet und geweitet werden, damit sie nicht aus der Clipführung herausrutschen.  
Um ein Verhaken der Kabelschlepps zu vermeiden, sollte diese Konstruktion nur am letzten rechten Extruderplatz installiert werden.
Die Einführung des TPU sollte nicht über den Filamentsensor erfolgen, sondern gerade von hinten in die Kabelschlepps eingeführt werden.
Am Extruder selbst befindet sich ein Parkclip, auf den ich wahlweise die Originalführung stecke, wenn ich TPU drucke. Beim Drucken mit der Originalführung wird die TPU-Führung dort geparkt.

I rotated the bracket 90° to the PRUSA ones so that the guides could pass each other better.

Additional holder for 4+6 mm PTFE guide for Soft TPU prints. With Soft TPU below 85A, the resistance in the long PTFE guides is so stong that the filament cannot be conveyed. With approx. 2 cm long PTFE guides on each clip, problem-free feeding is possible.
The 2 cm PTFE guides should be deburred and widened at the end so that they do not slip out of the clip guide.
In order to avoid snagging of the cable drags, this design should only be installed at the last right-hand extruder position.
The TPU should not be fed in via the filament sensor, but should be fed straight into the cable carriers from behind.
There is a parking clip on the extruder itself, onto which I optionally place the original guide when printing TPU. When printing with the original guide, the TPU guide is parked there.
