M3 Dual Color Prusa XL Screen Guard

I printed Dan's remi of Guym's Prusa XL screen guard. And I really like the design and the dual color feature!

But I think Dan missed some important possibilities in his remix :D

Why do  all designs use M6 Screws & profile inserts when there are 2 M3 clips left in the kit? 

I don't like radii directly above the heatbed. So I removed them and designed a combination out of chamfers & radii.

There is a groove in the aluminium profile :D Why not use it to increase the stability? :D I added a counterform to the part that should fit into the groove of the profile.

For assembly you'll need:

• 2x M3 screws 
• 2x M3 profile insert (There are spare ones in the assembling kit)
• 1 M5 heat Insert for the pin calibration tool (optional)
• 1 magnet 10mm diameter 3 mm height (optional)

 I uploaded Versions for both printing directions.

Small note: I uploaded the parts as .3mf but you can simply export them as .stl with your slicer ,-)

Optimized for the aluminium profile and to be used with a M3 setup.
Also optimized the design to be printed in annother direction.
