I created these because I wanted more flexibility than my previous rollers provided.
This design is fully parametric using OpenSCAD's customizer. OpenSCAD runs on all major platforms and the customizer is easy to use. I recommend using it to customize this design to your liking and saving your own files. There are some quick directions for using OpenSCAD at the top of the .scad file, it's plain text, if your new to OpenSCAD.
The included files are for a roller that:
A set of rollers needs two rollers and one each of the other printed parts. You will also need four bearings and two locking pins. The fit test should be used to check the fit of the bearings and locking pins. The rollers I printed for myself use paperclips for pins.
Check the OpenSCAD console output for various computed dimensions of the model.
All parts are exported in the correct orientation for printing. The rollers need support on build plate only and I used a brim. All other parts printed without supports or brim.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
