ATG Style Squat Wedge
I created this model because there is no way of buying a squat wedge in my country. It's chunky and lots of material needed for it. Took 60 hours to print for me.
It doesn't cover your whole foot. Thats the main difference from normal squat wedges.
- Do not use PLA. PLA+ or Tough-PLA might be enough but I highly recommend PETG or stronger material.
- I did NOT test the maximum weight load capacity. I tore the ligaments in my ankle recently so I couldn't be able to test it. I trust my design but use it with your own risk.
- IMPORTANT EDIT: I did test it's maximum load capacity. Estimately 300kg tested on it and only couple of scratches occured on the bottom corners. So I trust it fully now.
- It takes so long to print. Do not try to print it too fast. We want the toughness and rigidity. Keep that in mind.
I suggest you to attach some non slip pads underneath it. I didn't design a designated space for it. Going to add it to the next version. I have to find the best possible nonslip product for it to design the space.
The license is set to non-commercial use only. I hope you'll understand this.
V2 is going to be designed from scratch with improvements. Comment the weak sides so I can fix em.
