The ObXidian nozzle I bought didn't come in a plastic case so the original design this remix is based on wasn't going to work without a lid.
How I made this:
Printed the 2x2 nozzle holder bottom out of Prusament and measured the width of the mating surfaces to be 2.80 mm. I designed the internal width of the lid to be 2.85 mm. The tolerances on the lid need to be tight in order for the lid to fit well. If your nozzle holder bottom is printing differently, then scale the lid accordingly to maintain the 0.05 mm tolerance. A 0.4 mm nozzle in draft mode with 0.3 mm layer height works just fine.
Feel free to scale this lid to fit your own custom array of bottom holder pieces (2x3, 2x4, etc.) Individual bottom holder pieces are available from brettvitaz so you can merge them in PrusaSlicer to create a new bottom holder.
The author remixed this model.
A remixed model from brettvitaz. A four nozzle holder with a simple friction fit lid.
