PDF

These are corner braces to stiffen the frame of your BeamCase frame, or any other frame utilizing 15x15mm aluminium profiles (and m3 screws).

The corner braces are made to stiffen aluminium frames and fit all BeamCase versions (SFF and FLEX). They are designed to work with Makerbeam XL profiles, but theoretically any 15x15mm aluminium extrusuions with m3 screws should work.

Required Hardware

Screws: M3x8mm countersunk screws (4pcs per bracket)
Nuts: stnadard M3 nuts (4pcs per bracket)

Print Instructions:

Ideally print this model in a stronger and more temeperature resistant filament like PETg or ABS. Ideally compensate for shrinkage, but it is not neccessary as these brackets do not have to be precise.
This print like all BeamCase parts does not require any supports

I adjust for ABS shrinkage by scaling the model to 100.5% (Bambu Lab P1S and Sunlu ABS) , but it depends on the filament and printer and print speed.
