Oversize Poster Hanger

This is a poster hanger that I made for my Bioshock 2 gamestop advertisement poster. This poster is ~1.1m x 84cm, and printed out of heavy card stock.

The design accommodates posters up to 841(+-1)mm in width and uses 80x 8mmx2mm magnets to clamp the poster between parts A  & B. The holes for the magnets are 2.1mm, so the magnets are friction fit and do not require glue (on my printer, YMMV). 

There are two 3.5mm holes for fastening the hangar to the wall. If you need some other solution, import the design into Onshape and change it.

To print, use the dovetail cut feature in PrusaSlicer (or equivalent) to chop the hangar into printer-sized pieces. I was able to print this on a Prusa mini in Elegoo rapid PETG, using .10mm tolerances for the dovetail joints. I used .20mm layer height, .4mm nozzle on the .20mm STRUCTURAL input shaper profile.
