Description:
Simple model intended for 28mm WW2 wargaming, mostly Bolt Action. It is inspired by various village and small town houses that has been built in Bohemia and Central Europe in general since medieval times, that have part intended for humans and barn attached to it to store agricultural tools, hay etc. Model is intended to print quickly (about 14 hours for the house itself and 12 hours for the roof, with Input Shaping enabled) and in one piece so it can survive bit rougher handling that always comes with Wargaming terrain.
The interior is very simple, the barn has no floorboards, because it historically had only dirt on the ground, the room has only floorboards. You can always add items like beds, stove, cupboards etc, but I tend to like my interiors empty so I can cram them full of soldiers. :)
This piece is suitable to be used in wargaming since basically 1850's until now.
Printing:
You can see that on the photos the door aren't printed correctly - they used to be only 1 layer wide, I fixed it so it is two layers now and prints considerably better. The house does not need supports, but roof definitely does (and also one or two raft layers). Because with supports it would be too big to fit into my Mini printbed, I added support blocker to block support at the end which will be above the barn door, about 2mm deep, and it printed nicely. If you have another machine, you will be fine.
