Designed this tiny case with a snap-fit lid for a 2 -channel 5/240V Omron Low-Level Solid State Relay. It has been designed as a very fit, the SSR board and relay modules only just fitting inside. It is symmetrical with cutouts to access the terminals on either end, so you can mount the SSR in any orientation.
The board is mounted to the case by adding four heat set inserts and some tiny screws (see ‘required hardware’ below).
I am personally using this, mounted with some double-sided 3M VHB tape, inside a Rancilio Silvia espresso machine where it fits perfectly between the midframe and the water tank shield. I printed it in PETG, but I reckon any other non-flexible material is fine.
