Description

PDF

This simple name tag was made to snap onto the metal ring holding a strap on a small bag.

Note :  You will need a “stencil” type font to use this print with “through” text; if you do not already have one on your system, you can download and install this one for free:

https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Allerta+Stencil?ref=itsfoss.com&preview.text=TOST&query=stencil

You can of course also use this with “embossed text” by using the Add Part/Text function; I have included a “RaisedExample” STL to demonstrate this.

Print Instructions

The tag is designed to be used with the PrusaSlicer text function. Use “Add negative volume” and “Text” to add text to the Blank tag (be sure to select a stencil type font).

Alternatively, add embossed text by using “Add Part” and “Text” to add text to the Blank tag. I suggest using a text height of 0.6mm.

Print in PLA using the 3mf files provided, otherwise :

  • 0.2mm layer height
  • 4 perimeters
  • 0% infill
