A holder to attach a Philips Hue Play Light Bar to the frame of a Prusa MK4.
This remix adjusts the original design to work with the MK4.
The original didn't have enough clearance for the taller MK4 printhead to fully reach its max height (only reaching about 190 mm), so I increased the height of the arms. I liked the original height of the lamp itself, so the angle of the arms was adjusted to maintain it, and at the same time made a cleaner blend of the lamp holder's top angles where it joins the arm.
Additionally, the width of the lamp left the arms in a position in the frame where the filament would easily collide with them and severely bend, potentially breaking it or causing other printing issues. To fix this issue the lamp holders are now wider and meant to be placed at the extreme edges of the frame. This allows the filament to travel without any problems.
These longer lamp holders now have end covers that fully enclose the ends of the lamp (otherwise the curve of the lamp inside the holders just looked weird). This makes the holder more boxy to match the printer design, and also helps to hide the lamp's cable. A hole on the back of the holders allows the cable to pass through.
Another issue was the clip that attaches to the frame had just a bit too much clearance, leaving the actual edge that holds it barely touching the frame, which made it seem to me like it could easily fall off with the machine's vibrations. Thus I reduced the height by 0.5mm to have a more secure hold and also added a tiny chamfer to its edge to ease insertion.
The lamp holder internal angles were also adjusted to more precisely match the inclination of the Play Bar's sides, leading to a more snug fit which also reduces vibrations.
Finally, the arms had a small channel that was removed and some weird chamfers that were cleaned up, and a chamfer was added to the ends of the lamp holder to smooth out the corners.
Uses 52 grams for both arms, and takes a bit under 2 hours using the above parameters on the default 0.20mm Speed IS profile on a MK4.
