If you value good prints, you are probably familiar with Prusa's guide for extrusion multiplier calibration and you might have tossed lots of little vase-mode cubes into the trash. Well, that's what I did, and being a person who dislike unnecessary waste, I was looking for a solution.
The idea that I came up with was to create a calibration cube that fits into the Gridfinity system - Prusa's cube is 40x40x40, and the 42x42x42 of a 6U Gridfinity bin seemed to be a good match.
So, when you do that type of calibration again, simply use this model instead of the one that Prusa links to in their guide and you will be able to salvage the calibration part by adding it to your Gridfinity setup. Neat, isn't it?
The important part: You obviously have to print this in vase mode for it to make any sense. Just follow Prusa's instructions. :)
