Hello
Here is my biggest project. It is a complete 3D model of Jawa-ČZ 250/353.02 motorcycle, made in 1955 year in Czechoslovakia for export. The creating of the model took more than 6 years because i have not any blueprints and all part was physically measured. There are all parts, nothing missing.

Unfortunately, for 3D printing, the model had to be simplified and a lot of small parts that could not be printed.
I chose a 1:3.33 scale for the print so the real bolts and nuts could be used for the assembly.
Therefore you should calculate that you will need M1-M6 taps for construction, which will be used to create threads in the printed parts. You will also need micro screwdrivers and hex wrenches.
Please consider that the length of the bike will be more than 60cm!
This motorcycle model will be available in two versions.

2. Solo motorcycle with main stand. - with/without winter covers

Since the model is too comprehensive, I will publish the model gradually with instructions for construction. Therefore, I recommend following my profile for current information.
For detailed information about this model, you can also visit my profile on grabcad, where you can get parts in the original 1:1 scale, which, however, are not optimized for printing. See here: https://grabcad.com/jawarmaniak-1/models?page=1

For now I prepared the frame of the bike with rear fork. The frame is cutted into 3 parts beause the dimension is bigger than Prusa steel plate. For assembling is necessary use super glue.
The supports are needed.

I recommend choosing PLA material for printing. Filling 40%, because the frame will bear the weight of the entire model and it is important not to collapse. I recommend printing in layers of 0.15mm to achieve the best possible results and details.
Before print you have to choose a variant of the motorcycle which you want to build. Accordingly, it is necessary to choose the front engine mounts. For a motorcycle with a sidecar, select 5-holes front engine mounts. For a solo motorcycle you will need 4-hole mounts.
After print all 3 frame parts glue into one piece with super glue.
Create an M6 rivet in the rear fork and prepare a 30mm long threaded rod for connect the the rear fork to the frame. This creates a pivot around which the rear fork can rotate.
Now you have done the 1st step of the built.
Thank you for your interest in my model and I wish you a pleasant time. :)
