2 1/2" Dust Buddy Hose Adapter and Accessories

I like the Rockler Dust Right 4" quick connect dust collection adapters, but they do not make one for 2 ½" hose.

This collection provides quick connect/disconnect for 2 ½" flexible dust collection hose (approximately 63.4mm I.D.) to 2 ½" flexible dust collection hose and to the 2 ½" Rockler dust ports on the Rockler router fence and drill press fence.

The model label “Female” is for the hose on the dust collector side of, and the models labeled “Male” are for the dust generation equipment side of the system.

Also included in the model package is a hose adapter that slips on a Rockler 2 ½" dust port and connects with a 2 ½" flexible hose, without the quick disconnect feature.

There are two tool-side male quick connect hose adapter versions.  One makes a nice, easily removed, connection. The second type is nearly impossible to remove once pushed together with the dust collector side (female) part of the DustBuddy.  I prefer to use the easier to separate male hose adapter. 

Included are two versions, of each model.  One version has embossed arrows and information, the other doesn't.

These were (mostly) parametrically modeled in Fusion 360 and the .3mf files are included on the download page, so you can open up the parameter table and easily make adjustments if these models aren't sized precisely for your particular needs.

I printed these from PETG on a Prusa MK4 without Input Shaping, and each individual model body prints with a brim (highly recommended) in about 2 hours, no supports should be necessary.
