An easy cookie cutter.
Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour - 250g
1 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature) - 150g
1/2 cup sugar - 150g
1 egg
Instructions:
1. Cream the butter with the sugar and egg.
2. Mix the flour with the spices and gradually add to the mixture.
3. Wrap the dough and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Roll out half of the dough to a thickness of 2cm on a floured surface and cut with a roller cutter.
5. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven while still soft and separate. They will harden as they cool.
7. Continue with the remaining dough.
