Fat Rolling Grips for gym rings

This second version of the fat gripz weren’t necessary, but it nevertheless makes it, in my opinion, perfect.

They are made in pla

The dimensions are:

Ring thickness 32mm

Ring diameter 23mm

Grip length 100mm

Grip diameter 58.4mm

Materials used for 1 grip:

• 4X M3 hexagonal nuts
• 4X M3x8 screws with conical head
• 4X V slot 10x4x5 bearing balls, id code: V623ZZ
• 10X M3 nuts
• 2X M3x8 screws without head
• 2X M3x8 screws with flat head
• 4X M3x16 screws with conical head

Mainly I’ve made custom supports

But, for the lower part and the I was lazy, so you need to support it yourself. You can see better on the already sliceable file with the slicer I’ve provided you

For those who do not have a perfect seam, since these need to be smooth on the outside, make it internal, as shown roughly here

At last, they have a direction of printing, use the custom supports as a guide to see on which side needs to be on the print bed

I suggest to use a brim for the spinning parts
