The dimensions are:

Ring thickness 32mm

Ring diameter 23mm

Grip length 100mm

Grip diameter 52mm

Materials used:

4X M3 heat inserts
4X M3x8 screws with flat head

Supports:

Mainly I\u2019ve made custom supports

But, for the lower part I was lazy, so you need to support it yourself. You can see better on the already sliceable file with the slicer I\u2019ve provided you

For those who do not have a perfect seam, since these need to be smooth on the outside, make it internal, as shown roughly here

At last, they have a direction of printing, use the custom supports as a guide to see on which side needs to be on the print bed
