Photo frame (magnet) | Cadre photo (aimants)

The idea was to create a photo frame (postcard size: 15.3 x 10.2 cm or 6" x 4") with interchangeable frame (using magnets) and the possible to stand up (with a pod, using magnets too).

Extra materials - magnets:

• 3 pieces → diameter: 12mm - height: 3mm
• 16 pieces → diameter: 4mm - height: 2mm

Technic:

• Printed on Prusa Mini+
• Nozzle 0.4mm - layer 0.15mm
• Printed in different brand of PLA filaments
  • Prusament - black jet
  • 3DJAKE - white
  • Prima Creator -light blue
  • Polymaker grey

Instructions:

Open the files as a project on PrusaSlicer, you will already have breaks (M601) to put the magnets in place.

• Be careful to put the magnets in the right orientation.
• Big magnets are easy to put and heavy enough to stay in place.  For the small magnet, i put modelism glue before the magnets, in the other way they attracted by the head print.

L'idée était de créer un cadre photo (taille carte postale: 15.3 x 10.2 cm ou 6" x 4") avec cadre interchangeable (utilisant des aimants) et la possibilité de le poser sur un meuble (avec un pied, utilisant des aimants également).

Matériel supplémentaire - aimants:

• 3 pièces → diamètre: 12mm - épaisseur: 3mm
• 16 pièces → diamètre: 4mm - épaisseur: 2mm

• Imprimé sur Prusa Mini+
• Buze 0.4mm - couche 0.15mm
• Imprimé avec différentes marques de filaments PLA

Instructions:

En ouvrant les fichiers en tant que projet sous PrusaSlicer, vous aurez des pauses (M601) pour mettre les aimants.

• Faire attention à l'orientation des aimants.
• Les gros aimants tiennent bien en place une fois en place. Pour les petits aimants, j'ai mis un point de colle pour modélisme avant l'aimant, autrement ils étaient aimantés par la tête d'impression.
