DO NOT USE SUPPORTS OR BED-ADHESION. Model is fully printable without either - but take the print slowly to avoid defects in the screw threads. 60mm/s worked perfectly for me.
Tested on my Geeetech Mizar S, works well and locks securely. The OEM connector for my extruder broke (teeth fell out), so I needed a functional replacement as I have no metal spares. This works really well and it's quite strong when printed in PLA+.
Mine was printed in Overture PLA Professional (PLA+), 230c Nozzle / 60c Bed at 60mm/s with coasting enabled in Cura. Came out clean, tube goes through well, and the screw didn't snap off after applying some pretty significant force against it with my thumb. My bowden tube doesn't move at all and it won't shred the PTFE tubing like the original. I recommend printing 1 screw (the sharp gear-looking piece) and maybe 2 or 3 of the other part (the hex-shaped one) as backups. Never know when something will break and you'll need it!
The author remixed this model.
I've re-printed and tweaked the model several times, and settled on boring a 4.25mm cylindrical hole through the center. Original model does not allow for bowden tube to pass all the way through to the other side, however this tweaked version will. Compatible with BMG V2 Extruder design which is also used on the Mizar S.
