A turn table for 3D scanning. No motors and no bearings are required.

I used PETG. You can print all parts with standard settings, and you don't need to put support.

Assembly

  1. Insert the bar into the base. The longer hexagonal rod is for the handle, and the shorter one is for the gear, so insert the longer hexagonal rod part first from the table side of the base.
  2. Put the gear on the base side of the bar.
  3. Put the handle on the opposite side of the bar. If it is hard to insert, you may need to tap it lightly with a hammer.
  4. Insert the table2 on top of the base.
  5. Place the table1 on top of the table2, and insert seven protrusions of table1 into the holes of the table2.

Usage

  • If you turn the handle clockwise, the table turns clockwise.
