  • FDM 3D printer
  • Any resin printer if you want to print your own keycaps
  • Soldering iron and conductive solder material
  • Keyboard switches, on mine I used brown mx switches
  • 2X Arduino pro micro
  • 10X M3 heat inserts
  • Copper tape (optional, but it makes life way easier)
  • Jumper wires
  • 1N4148 diodes
  • 2X female RJ-9 connectors
  • 1X male to male RJ-9 cable

INSTRUCTIONS

For starters, what you just bought primarly are the customazible keycaps, the firmware I’m using, the wrist rests and the know how for I found difficult while doing it by myself; I cannot sell you the 3D model, on the link above you can find the 5X6 model I used, but if you can aswell use the parametric file to generate different layouts.

I’ll tell you every advice I would have needed when trying to create one by myself.

The firmware needs to be installed on both keyboards, the same for both.
