Replacement CNC handles for the Commander Mini are $100 each, this is a much cheaper alternative. These are made to be the same size as stock handles, and stock screws can be reused. Front handle have built in bumper/kickstands.

STEP files are included for remixing purpose.

Pros:

  1. 320 gram (~0.7 lbs) lighter than CNC handles when printed in TPU.
  2. Practically indestructible when printed in TPU.
  3. Can be cheaply replaced.
  4. Easier on your hands when lifting/carrying the wheel around.

Cons

  1. Top handle will tilt forward when pushed: you can make it move less by using 4 screws on each side (8 screws total) instead of 2 like stock handle. This issue is due to poor design on Extreme Bull's end, having the default screw holes at the end of the handle instead of middle.
  2. When printed in TPU, the front/rear handles will flex when lifted upward, as long as all screws are installed, it should not break, just that it won't feel as stable.

Filament: Stiff TPU (Cheap 95A TPU or 40D will work, the harder the better), PETG & PLA can be used but not recommended since you want the handles to have flexibility.

Nozzle: 0.6mm; Layer height: 0.3mm

Wall/Perimeter: 4

Infill: Gyroid 15-20%

Minimal support needed (Recommend to have support for the front/rear handle screw holes).
