Here is my first take on designing a foil cutter. It uses only printed parts and a double-edge Razorblade.

Printing

I printed this on my Mk3S+, 0,6mm nozzle. I suggest printing with 0,2mm layerheight to get get decent threads.

I tested it with PLA so far and the tolerances seem to work out. I did not have to do any sanding to fit the parts together.

Assembly

Simply put the main body on the table and carefully grab the razorblade on the bottom. Then slide the top-left facing corner into the body. Push the Blade all the way up and place the lid ontop. Then you can insert the screw.

Safety

Be very careful when handling Blades!

Be aware that PLA isnt the toughest Material, so print it with at least 3 Perimeters or more.
