As requested, here is a very crude datapack to make the busy board below:
“Portable Busy Board BOM.pdf” along with attached pictures should be enough to get yous started 🐱. But a few things to note:
After you install the DCDC module, make sure to set the output voltage to 12V.
Unit is a mix of bulb/lamps & LEDs. Bulbs are 12V, but most LEDs will require a current limiting resistor (see RES column in “Portable Busy Board BOM.pdf”).
LiFePO4 battery (Turnigy 9210000039) DOES NOT have an internal BMS… I found this out the hard way when the cell voltage was discharged way below safe limits. So unit requires an external one to be installed to protect the battery from over-discharge.
You are welcome to use any other rechargeable battery, just make sure the pack voltage is <36V if you want the DCDC to keep it's magic smoke ;^)
