Description

PDF

This watering can consists of two parts: A Voronoi patterned outer part, and an inner part that fits snugly inside. However, as the outer part encloses the inset to lock it in place, the inset has to be printed using a flexible material. This allows squeezing it inside:

Printing instructions

Voronoi part:
  • use PLA/PETG or similar
  • 15% infill is sufficient
  • I recommend organic supports
  • a printfile for PLA is included; it was sliced with the 0.2mm quality profile. I tried the 0.3mm Draft profile, which works as well and reduces the print time to ~7.5h
Flexible inset:
  • use a Flex material; I used 95a TPU
  • no supports required
  • 0.2mm layer height
